Ground floor : dining room 70m2, exposed beams ,working fire place, pool table, tel, TV, crockery + tables + chairs for up to 50 people (caterers nearby). Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine). Playroom 38m2 (toys, 7 single beds). Shower, 2 toilets
Upstairs : 5 bedrooms (5 double beds + 4 single beds + 2 cots, blankets and pillows) + 3 single beds on the landing. Equipped for babies. CH. Sheet rental available (5€ 1p / 6€ 2p) and fixed supplément for cleaning (50€ w end/ 60€ week).
All shopping available in Yerville. Tourist office, railway station, swimming pool in Yvetot 15mn. Nearest beach 25mn (Veules les roses, St Valéry en Caux). Rouen 25mn. Nautical base 25mn. The abbey of Jumièges and St Wandrille 20mn. The famous " arches and needles " of Etretat and the Bénédictine Distillery at Fecamp 1 hour. About 2 hours drive from Paris.
Directions : at the traffic lights in Yerville center, take the D142 towards Limésy, tum left at the railway crossing on the D124 towards le Saussay, the gîte is at 1km n° 1068 " rue des beaux feuillages ".
Rate 2008: 760€ at 840€ per week (+expenses). 680€ expenses included for a WE (Friday to Sunday). 25% deposit for the rental on reservation (chèque or bank transfer). Full payment due 1 month before arrival. Deposit 800€ against damage required upon arrival

Ground floor : sitting room 18m2 (pool table, TV, tel, wood burning stove), dining room 30m2, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine), shower, toilets, playroom (toys + 2 single beds). Upstairs : 5 bedrooms (5 double beds + 8 single beds + 3 cots, blankets and pillows), shower, toilets,. Equipped for babies. CH. Sheet rental available (5€ Ip / 6€ 2p). Fixed supplement for cleaning (50€ w end / 60€ week).
All shopping available in Tôtes 5mn. Tourist office, railway station, horse riding club in Auffay 15mn, on the outskirts of Eawy Forest 15000 acres. Nearest beach in Dieppe 25mn (+ golf course, casino). Rouen known as the city of a 100 spires 25mn. In the vicinity : beautiful floral parks, châteaux, stately homes. Zoo of Cleres 20mn. Scarcely 2 hours drive from Paris ;
Directions : at the traffic lights in Tôtes center, take the N29 towards Yerville, and after 1 mile tum right towards St Vaast du Val on the D25, go through the village and at " Glatigny ", turn left at the Normandy styled bus shelter; the gîte is at 200m on the left : 8 rue aux mares.
Rate 2008: 640€ at 800€ per week (+expenses). 520€ expenses included for a WE (Friday to Sunday). 25% deposit for the rental on réservation (chèque or bank transfer). Full payment due 1 month before arrival. Deposit 800€ against damage required upon arrival.

ST AUBIN SUR MER : large seaside villa, 200 meters of the greatest sand beach of the Alabaster Coast, approved 3 ears Gîtes de France for 17 people, 175m² habitable, on 1500m² of planted land. Small tarred closed court with outside furniture, fixed outside barbecue, ping pong table, lockable shed for bicycles, small bedroom with 1 single bed and another with 2 single beds superimposed with toys /society games /disguisings and washbasin. 1 laundry with washing machine /dryer /iron + shower, WC.
Ground floor : dining room beside fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher/ micro waves/ fridge-freezer. Living room 47 m² with view of the sea at 200 meters by 10 large windows + french billiards table 180/100,sofa bed, large table, TV, small working fire place.
1^st and 2^nd floor : 5 bedrooms (4 double beds + 9 single beds + 3 cots with covers, duvet-covers and pillows) with 2 bathrooms and 2 WC. Central heating . Equipped for babies. Sheet rental available: 6 euros the pair and supplement for cleaning 60 euros.
Sale of fish to the the fishermen boats every morning. All shopping available in Veules les roses and St Valéry en Caux 10mn, pleasure port with tourist office, casino, swimming pool, aerodrome, hospital. Beach resort of Dieppe at 25 minutes. In the vicinity many beautiful floral parks (Bois des Moutiers à Varengeville sur mer), chateaux, stately homes. If you like walking, there are many trekking paths along the sea shore or across the country.
Directions : From Dieppe, skirt the coast, then arrived at St Aubin sur mer, descend the street towards the beach, the villa is on your left
Rate 2008: 1000 at 1400 euros the week (Friday to Friday or Monday to Sunday) ; 680 euros the mid week (Monday to Friday, possible sometimes arrived Sunday evening); 720 euros the week end (Friday to Sunday) expenses included. 25% deposit for the rental on reservation (banktransfer).
